Once you’ve downloaded the most recent service pack, you’ll want to know what changed.  The list of changes is found in the Release Notes.  to the Release Notes are found in the What’s New for your software.  To open the What’s New, look in your software’s Help menu:

Within the What’s New, go to “20-20 Software Updates & Notes” and you’ll see this:

So, now that you’ve found the Release Notes, you’ll see that it lists Corrections, Changes and Additions made in the most recent Service Pack, Known Issues (ways to avoid them), as well as Features added in the recent Service Packs.  The Release Notes help you understand what the Service Pack has given you in terms of changes and highlights the new abilities within the software.  They’re the easiest way to find out what’s in the release!
