Rendering Module Reset

      Good Morning,

      Does anyone know if there’s a hard reset for the rendering module?  One of our users has run into a problem that the second pass at rendering isn’t triggering, so he can’t adjust the light values, and color tones, etc.  He said it worked fine yesterday, but this morning he’s having issues.

      Hi Michael,

      If the user is experiencing issues with the rendering module, chances are that it is an issue with the graphics card. There is no way to reset the rendering module so I would suggest contacting our support department so they can assist in determining the issue. You can reach support by calling 1.866.697.2020.

      Hi Michael,
      Try this, close 2020, right-clicking on the desktop, show more options, Nvidia control panel, left side second option – Manage 3d settings, change the setting for OpenGL GDI compatibility to prefer compatible.
