Report Manager giving XML error 'No Catalog Content' in Quote

  For some cabinet manufacturers, Report Manager/Quote works just fine. For a couple of others, after I do the design and select the manufacturer catalog (verified with” successful upload of catalog” message, I do Report/Manager and Quote – just like usual…but when I click “View”, I get an error that says “XML” has “No Catalog Content” – and the quote won’t format or display. Is that a 2020 v11 problem Or a manufacturer’s catalog problem….it’s like the catalog can be uploaded, but it never really syncs up with 2020 Cloud –

  No XML output usually means that you need to specify a door style and a price level in styles and pricing. Go in to styles and pricing and in catalog styles set the door styles. Once you set the styles go to price level and set the price level appropriate to the door styles you selected. Once you have those two things set you should be able to generate a report.
