I am posting here because I am unaware of any ways to directly contact the 2020 dev team. There has been several times for various reasons that I or someone I work with has had to contact support to have my/their softkey released after forgetting to log out or changing hardware. I am aware that there is a feature to automatically log out upon exit but that creates the inconvenience of having to log back in every time. I would like to request or propose adding a feature to the “Manage Users” interface within “My Account” for account admins to release the softkeys of users. My thoughts are that this is a feature that 2020 Support already has and in order to save the support team some time as well as users of 2020, it would be extremely helpful if account admins could release softkeys directly.
Thank you!

Hi Hunter,
We totally understand your concern.
Actually, what you mention above is a request that we have passed already to our product management team, and we hope to have it included in one of our future builds. In the meantime, to avoid users running into this issue, we suggest continuing using the option for the Automatic logout when the application close. Although you will need to sign back in, you will not face any blocker to continue with your workday.
As soon as we have a date for when this option could be available, we will be sharing the news via this channel, and of course, don’t hesitate to reach out if you need us!

Plus one to this! Its becoming a reason to look elsewhere for a product. Your competitors are making it easier to use the software. This inconvenience only serves the developers
