I found the copy/rotate and move/rotate commands for cap, but is there button to simply rotate? I can do it if I type the command, but am wondering if like CAD there’s a button.

Hi Carol,
There are a couple of different places where you can find the “rotate” button. The easiest is if you are working in 2D Drafting and Annotation view. The Rotate button is on the ribbon in the modify section. There is a bit of a trick to seeing it as you have to select the down arrow on Copy to see the rotate selection. Once you select “rotate” it will replace “copy” on the ribbon. This is the way they can make so many commands available on the ribbon. Please see the attached screen shots for visuals.
If you are working in Classic view, you can select Rotate from the Modify pulldown menu or from the modify toolbar. You may have to look around a bit for the toolbar, but it is there. I have included screen shots of both of these options as well.
Please let me know if you still have difficulty locating it.
Thanks,
Cindy
