I go to the job site and measure the kitchen for remodel. I then create the initial kitchen layout in 2020 (walls, windows, doors, soffits, etc etc). The goal at this point is to transfer this initial layout to the designers in the stores, from my laptop to the design computer in-store.

What are the steps I must take to successfully transfer this initial layout in 2020 to the designers so that they can simply open the file and continue the design process from where I left off?

Hi Frank,

If you make sure you are running the same version and have the same catalogs installed you should be able to simply email your Design file to your designers.

There is also a software called Magic Plan that will do something very similar.  You need to create a magic plan account and link it to 2020 and then you just upload the design files to the magic plan servers and your designers will be able to log in and download them into their 2020.
