I have the sensio file downloaded and installed on my old laptop. However when I try to install it on my new PC it is asking for a password which I apparently don’t have. Any suggestions???

Hey Pauline,
The first thing I would try is going back to 2020.net and redownloading the V11 Sensio Lighting Catalog – English catalog. There is no protection on the file on our end so if after you re-download the file you still get asked for a password you will probably need to speak with your IT department about getting permissions to install the file.

Hi Neil,
The file isn’t available for me anymore on 20.20net….not sure why. Can someone send me a link?

You are welcome! I also find that the Hafele LED catalogue is handy with puck and strip lighting:
