Is there a how to on properly utilizing the Design Information tool and have the proper dealer and designer information appear when printing a Quote?  Still running version 8.1.13 unfortunately.

In the absence of any other replies…

I work with more than 20 designers/companies and none of them use the Design Information tool or ever have. Similarly, none of them quote via the built in pricing. The main reason for this is that the quote formats are a bit limited for the average company.

The main thing people do is feed the data either by hand or by a data interchange method into an add-on quoting program whether it’s a customised spreadsheet or database.

In the case of my biggest client, we use Application Integration to get the cabinet list including dimensions into a web based quotation and project management package and from there into the CNC production system.

Smaller clients export one of the reports to Excel format and pull it into a spreadsheet.
