A .kit file I keep sharing can’t be opened by another user with his own account.  I’m using bootcamp, windows 10 x64, latest v12.  He has a PC, windows 10.  I have sent the .kit file by attaching it, right clicking and sharing, zip, and dropbox.  He can’t open any of them.  However, when I’ve sent a rendering and specs, he has recreated the design and shared the .kit file with me and I have been able to open and work on his file. What am I missing here?  He has the same catalogs as me. I’ve googled a ton and am coming up short.  ty for your help.

Hello Jennifer,

Is the other user on V12 as well? Only V12 version can process V12 kit files.

Make sure your colleague who is trying to open the shared file runs English version of Windows. I had the same error with Windows set to French
