i’m using 2020 fusion, and i’m not able to access the cloud service. the sign in button is disabled. any idea how to solve the issue?

Hi Amar,
Please can you try resetting your 2020 Cloud cache, you can do this by clicking on the below link and then running the executable (.exe).
http://support.2020.net/2020clearcloudcache.exe

I have run the exe file as you’ve said, the sign-in button is still disable
