Tech Tip: Catalog DVD AutoRun Error 424

  The AutoRun file was updated starting with the June 2015 DVD. Running the AutoRun.exe file may generate a Runtime Error 424 on a small percentage of computers, particularly a Windows Server environment or it may not appear to open. 2020 is currently working on investigating and resolving this issue.
  
  All updates can still be performed from the DVD without needing to use the AutoRun menu.
  
  If you normally would choose Install from the AutoRun menu, simply run the Setup.exe on the DVD to start the standard local update or installation of your catalogs.
  
  If you normally would choose Network Deployment from the AutoRun menu, simply run the Network.vbs file on the DVD to start the Network Deployment update.
