Hi just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with the 3d warehouse. it opens up but is blank and we cant download anything. i can log in online and bring stuff in via that way. just wondering if its just me or is other people having the same problem.

Hi Darren,

This is a bug that we are currently working on.

The work around is exactly as you have said. Logging in directly on the Trimble website lets you download the products. You can then import them via Sketchup as usual.

We will get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Just to inform you. This was caused by something that was changed within Sketchup by Trimble and isn’t a bug within Fusion.

Please can I connect to the machine in question and take a look?

It seems odd that one machine is fine and the other isn’t.
