Unable to open 2020 Design due to – The PCS server is down.(Urgent)

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I download the trial version a few days ago. It has worked perfect till now. I was trying to open it yesterday, but I couldn’t. I tried again today. It is still unable to open.

      Every time when I’m trying to run the app I get next massage: “The PCS server is down. We’ll try to connect you in offline mode.”, “Cannot connect to server (PCS). Please check your internet connection or contact your account administrator”.

      But my internet works. I need to open that app, I’m planning to purchase it for my company.

      Please help.

      Hi Dimaz,

      What you are describing sounds like an issue with the certificate in your internet browser.  There is an article in the knowledge base that tells you how to resolve the issue.  Cannot Connect to the Server (FlexNet)
