We keep getting the error message: “The connection to 2020 has timed out. Please check your internet connection or contact 2020 Support for more information” Then another couple messages. I cannot get through to support on chat or by phone (the line is either busy or does not complete). Any suggestions?

I haven’t been able to log in since yesterday. Was on hold for support for 45 minutes. When I got through, they said one of their servers is having issues and they don’t know how long it will take.
Hoping it is soon. I have deadlines this week.

We had been experiencing some technical issues with a platform partner impacting our connectivity that was out of our control yesterday afternoon. Rest assured we took all necessary steps to resolve this as quickly as possible.
