Unable to view reports

  For some odd reason one of our systems is unable to view a report. Quick price still works but when report is selected a message comes up indicating that an error occurred and to view the log for more details. I have no idea what directory this log is so at this time I can’t reference that. We reinstalled and the issue remains as such. Anyone ever encounter this before?
