Is anyone having issues with the underground catalog in v12.3 2020 live?

I haven’t used it in a few weeks, and I just noticed that it’s missing.

At first, I assumed I hadn’t installed it since I got my new laptop. So, I tried installing it, and it still isn’t there. That is, catalog manager behaved normally, no error messages, but when I opened 2020 the catalog didn’t show up.

As a control, I tried installing another older catalog. It did install, and is visible.

Has the underground catalog finally died? I know it’s getting “long in the tooth” but there are still some things that it can do that 2020 can’t.

      Hi Chris,

From what you describe, it seems the catalog may be expired.
I will verify if we have it and test, we’ll let you know by tomorrow ok!

      Cheers

      Hi Chris,

Would you be able to send us a copy of the Underground catalog so we can test it and see what the issue is? You can send the catalog to ResidentialSupport@2020spaces.com.

      Thank you,

      Kris

      Hi Kris and Edith,

The zip file is too large to email.  I just sent a link to the file on my google drive.

      Thanks!

        Hi Mike,

I find it a little odd that Chris’s copy didnt work but your copy is working.. Im going to send you an email with an FTP. Would you mind adding your copy of the catalog there so we may take a look and see what may be different?

        Thank you,

        Kris

Seems it was an issue with the Catalog.  I FTP’d it to Kris, and he/they/somebody corrected it and sent it back.  Now it works normally.

What’s funny is that I first had the problem with the copy that’s been in my docs folder for years, so I deleted it and downloaded a fresh one, which also didn’t work.

      Meh.  It works now.
