Update/Uninstall Error

  Good Morning,
  
  I was trying to update my version of 2020 from V11.5.1 to V11.5.2. Unfortunately any time i try to run the update programs i was getting an error and the update would end before completing. I thought that maybe uninstalling the program and performing a fresh install might be better. But I am now getting an error stating that i can’t remove the program because there is a problem with the windows installer package.
  
  Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

  I recommend calling the support line at 1-866-697-2020 and having a tech take a look at the issue. We have some tools that will force the uninstall or there is a tool available online called “MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta” that does a really thorough job removing software. I’m sure once you get the previous version uninstalled the latest version will install without issue.
