After installing the HFX1ENG we are having issues quoting. When using report-quote, the windows orb just spins and will not bring up the quote. We need to use the task manager to shut down 2020 Design. So, now with the hot-fix installed, it has killed the entire quoting process. Is there a way to uninstall the hot-fix with out removing 2020 Design 11.7.1.78 and reinstalling? I’d rather type in the door styles using Adobe Acrobat Pro versus have the 2020 Design program not working for quoting and ordering.
