  Version 11.3 is schedule for end of October, 2015.
  
  Could you please provide us more details on the bugs that you are referring to? Your feedback will be extremely helpful in finalizing and improving the next service pack.

  In the 2020 Design– Cloud Enabled Pilot session under “What you need to know”
  
  There are 2 downloads required to participate in the Pilot Program
  One is the Version 11.2 and the other one is the setup to enable the Pilot.
