Hello Tom,
Please make sure you are clicking the Apply option when closing Visual Impression.
If you are applying the changes but they still don’t seem to save, make sure you only have the drawing file open once. Sometimes it’s possible to have a drawing open multiple times and the changes would be applying to one, but not the other.
