ParticipantHello Everyone,
I would like to create a waterfall counter-top over a kitchen island, but there seems to be no direct way to do this. Has anyone had experience with this?

Neil WilsonParticipantHi Ken,
There is no automated way to make a waterfall countertop but you can create the effect by extending the countertop the thickness of the countertop and then creating a user shape the size and shape you need and slipping it under the edge of the countertop.Β Then just texture the shape you created the same as the countertop and voila, waterfall countertop. π

Mike LangensiepenPilot ProThis is what I did in my catalogues – I used a redimensioned and textured panel.

ParticipantYou can copy and paste a countertop already in your drawing and just adjust the size. Under attributes/variables/dimensions change countertop height

ParticipantExcellent insights guys, thank you all very much. I was hoping for a one step solution, but looks like I have to suck it up π
