I’m trying to download the trial for 2020 design, activated account however the 2020.net site will not recognise my details, click forgot password and the .net portal doesnt recognise me. Can someone let me know if I’m missing something out?

Why are answers on 20/20 so hard to find?  It keeps telling me it can’t log in because another computer is logged in already!!!   New computer with new software.  Not sure how it could be already logged elsewhere.  Help.

I click on the log in on the ribbon and the box comes up empty. How can I log in?

      Hi Guys,

@ Bret – If you had 2020 on another computer or someone else shares your login you can get this message if you close 2020 without signing out.  Just exiting the software does not log you out of our servers.  You need to click on the email in the upper right and select sign out to log off our server.  Otherwise your account will remain logged in for 7 days.

@ Ted – the box coming up blank is usually because you need to clear your cloud cache.  the link below isn’t 100% related but the Knowledge center article has a link fo the tool you need to download to clear the cache. 🙂  Download it, run it and you should be able to login.

      Clear the cloud cache tool

If either of you continues to have issues after trying the fixes please do not hesitate to call the 1-866-697-2020 support line and our techs will be happy to take a first hand look at the issue.
