Placement zone & Mouse hover - Space Information

  Has anyone had any issues with the following:
  
  Windows 10 OS
  
  Either 20-20 Version 10 or Version 11.8
  
  Cannot see the Base Space or Wall Space when mouse hovering over an empty area of the placement zone?
  
  I do not have any music or games running in the background. These are business PC’s.

  I have tried with and without the placement zone selected. I’ve worked with 20-20 for over 20 years so I’m checking to see if I’m missing something. Frank told me the functionality of this feature hasn’t changed from version 10 but I cannot get it to work with version 11.8.
  
  I just tested 20-20 Version 10.6 on a Windows 10 OS and the feature will not work either. I then tested 20-20 Version 10.6 on a Windows 7 OS and it works just fine. Our corporation just switched all PC’s to Windows 10 OS, there are over 900 team members that I support and I cannot believe no one complained about it once after we switched to Windows 10. Have you heard of anything like this before?

  There certainly hasn’t been any widespread issue like this with Windows 10. We, and you, would certainly have heard of it.
  
  My first reaction to the software acting in any way that can be described as weird is to reset the registries. If that doesn’t bring it back give us a call at 1-866-697-2020 when its good for you and we’ll take a look.
