Does anyone know how to go about printing an entire catalog with prices for the sake of having it outside cap studio for reference?

I remember a command over 10 years ago that when ran in AutoCAD, would insert every single part of that particular catalog. Not sure if that’s still possible today.

The command you’re remembering is CAPXTESTBLOCKS.  If you type that command in AutoCAD with 2020 Cap loaded, you’ll be prompted to choose a catalog and set spacing values.  Click on the “Test” button and all of the items with graphics will be placed in the drawing.  (Items without graphics will be noted as text within the drawing.)  Do a Worksheet take-off of that drawing and you’ll get a worksheet with all of those items.  You can update against the catalog and turn on the “Catalog Location” column and sort by that column (or any other column that works for you).

Remember that you’ll have every item that has a graphic, items that were noted as text in the drawing won’t be in the worksheet.
