Catalog Manager Run Time Error

  I recently had to redownload 2020 through Parallels because my company decided to switch everything over to Macs (they did not think this through or ask my advice). I was able to get 2020 downloaded and the program itself opens fine. When I go to catalog manager to open the “Install a new catalog from archive (zip)” I get a runtime error that reads “Automation Error: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.” Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Support will not call me back for some reason.

  Just got off the phone with 2020 finally. Apparently the issue is that I am running it on Parallels. They suggest running it through bootcamp if you have to run it on a Mac.
