@Jason – There was a bug with the title bar in either 11.6 or 11.7 – it has been resolved in 11.8.
For the logo I have found the best way to change it is to have your image be a .bmp file that is 200×200 pixels in size. Name it Logo.bmp. Copy that file into the appropriate config folder. Thank you Mike for so neatly providing the paths 🙂 It will overwrite the 2020 logo and put yours in its place. I like this method because even if you have to reset your registries the logo stays changed because the path never changes.
