Hi Paul,
To enable the Phone field for the Customer details, please go to > File > Manage > Customer > Phone Types > Check the relevant box.
To enable the Email field for the Customer details, please go to > File > Manage > Customer > Email Types > Check the relevant box.
You may also want to fill in your dealer details and or the sales person details as this reflects the information displayed in your 360 Panorama email.
To Fill in the dealer details, please go to > File > Manage > System > Dealer details
To Fill n the Sales person details, please go to > File > Manage > Resources > Resources > Select and edit the username relevant to you.
