Hey Patty,
I have never seen an example of the endless floor quite that bad. Usually a copy/paste will fix it but you said you tried that. If it is only happening in that 1 file I would try turning off the floor and ceiling in the renderings using the toolbar in the renders. If its happening in multiple designs the first thing to do is go to your maintenance tools and delete the 2020 registries.
