Hi Frank,
If you make sure you are running the same version and have the same catalogs installed you should be able to simply email your Design file to your designers.
There is also a software called Magic Plan that will do something very similar. You need to create a magic plan account and link it to 2020 and then you just upload the design files to the magic plan servers and your designers will be able to log in and download them into their 2020.
