Hi Jessica,

The order of the catalogs is one of the many things 2020 stores in its registries.  If the order gets reset it means something is changing the registries.  Are you in an environment where your IT department pushes your desktop and other settings to your computer.  If so that might be why it’s happening.  Or if you call here for an issue and we reset your registries to resolve it, that would do it to. 🙂
