My advice would be to call the support line at 1-866-697-2020 and have a tech take a look at the machine. They can connect, check error logs, look into outstanding Windows updates etc… Alternatively you could email us your contact info to residentialsupport@2020spaces.com and we can set up a time to connect to your computer for a closer look.
