Favourites – well this is what the Idea Centre is supposed to do but you have to remember to back it up and restore it when updating your 2020- version. Personally, I keep all mine in a couple of .KIT files as they stick around no matter what! Here’s an idea – why could 2020 not not tie the favourites to the Designers’ Cloud account as this would sort that issue!

Renderings – again, not really had a problem. If we send out the paper copies to the trades, we use hidden line or occasionally Colour+Edges. Clients get to see a high res render in Texture mode and/or a Panoramic render.

Printing Packages – well the only thing you can’t include automatically are the renderings and as I said, it’s easy to tack them on to a PDF.

9. Improved Countertop Wizard. Yes, too many bugs in this one but it generally works OK for the most part but when it does go wrong…hoo boy! Also they need to make sure that Cloud benchtop items don’t cause issues – I have a few cloud sinks that don’t seem to do the cutout correctly.

And I’m sure this has been mentioned before but a better Sketchup import! Too many Sketchup items cause issues. Agreed that it’s usually the bigger file sizes with too many Polygons.

More control over the print layout borders/content would be nice (I hate the Drawing Layout setup and never use it but I believe they are working to improve it). There is no reason to have such a severe limitation on logo size etc. That said, again we can solve this by using an overlay option in the Print to PDF software (we use the PDF X-Change package which is awesome and allows us to edit/annotate PDFs as well).
