1. 360 Panoramic View gives an 404 error message when it is attempted to be opened. It looks fine in the email received but get the error when opened.

2. I do not see the user catalog and do not recall the option to load it when I did the first install.
3. Where can I find the Designer Catalogs to download, I do not see them on 2020.net?
