When printing reports in 20/20 I always first save as an .rtf then condense the report (normally 50% smaller in length) then print from there. There is so much ‘wasted’ space rather unnecessary space used in the report (actually this has been the case for several years.) There should be a “condense” function to allow folks to skip this step altogether and also reduce paper usage.
