Hi Einav,

I’m not sure what else would make the pulls not appear. Perhaps you are using an outdated catalog? Try downloading the latest version of Amerock from your account if you have not already done that. If it still isn’t working properly, I would suggest to reach out to our support department to have an agent take a look. You can reach us by calling 1.866.697.2020.
