I’m going to echo what I’ve seen other people post that I’d like the most when 2020 gets updated again:
-To be able to click on a dimension line and have it bring desired object to that spot for accuracy.
– To be able to do addition or subtraction when creating wall lengths like “45+60+18+3”.
-Take less stuff out of the cloud and put in a catalog I can download and put in the local files. It drives me crazy when I open one of my plans and it tells me I need to update the appliances/plumbing and whether I do or don’t I see cad blocks where my faucets and appliances are.
-Update or add in better appliances and plumbing in the common files. What’s there now is so outdated and weird I can’t change the sizes of the sinks. Also, why are there no faucets in the plumbing files?
-To be able to edit countertop sizes by typing in the size I want it to be after they’ve been laid whether that’s making a 3D object or with the countertop wizard. Yeah, I can edit the lines and move them but I shouldn’t have to waste so much time to get it to be exactly what it needs to be.
– Make the pop up window larger so I can read the text!! Why is it so small that there’s a scroll bar at the bottom when the window can just be bigger?
-Have said pop up window have a preview window as well so when I click on an item it doesn’t have to open up another window to see said item.
As someone who’s new to this coming from working with Chief Architect for 3 years I feel like there’s so much basic design features missing from your program and there are a lot of unnecessary steps. But if these changes are made I would be a very happy camper.
