Yeah, I’ve run into the same thing when trying to find pre-made parts or assets created in Visual Impressions. It’s surprisingly tricky to track them down unless someone in your own team already has them. On a related note, when we were setting up more efficient collaboration and internal support systems, we decided to look into it helpdesk outsourcing ended up using a service that made a noticeable difference in response time and overall workflow.
