@Kelly – That is likely a scaling issue with the wizard – on your desktop, right click and go to display – change the settings to 100% – sign out and back in and give it a try. Your desktop icons will be smaller but the textures window should open properly.
@T.J. – It could be memory, it could be internet connection, it could be design specific or it could be a new driver for the video card is needed. I think the best thing to do would be to call the 1-866-697-2020 support line and have a tech look at it first hand.
