Anything from a Windows Update, to a driver or anti-virus update to changes made to your user account by your IT dept. can effect the software on your computer. The issue you are describing can usually be fixed by running a “Basic Maintenance” procedure on your computer. I would suggest calling the 1-866-697-2020 support line and having a tech walk you through the procedure. That way if it is something more problematic the tech can look at it right away.
