Hello Sir,
The void licence message usually means you have upgraded to a version that you are not entitled to. If your licence is currently on support you are entitled to the latest version but if the licence is off support you are entitled to the version that was out when the licence went off support.
In either case you should contact the support line at 1-866-697-2020. If your licence is active they will be able to supply you with a code to activate the version and if it is off support they can put you through to our retention department so you can reinstate the support on the licence.
