      Applies to: 2020 Visual Impression

      Issue: 2020 Visual Impression has been crashing on some systems after a recent Windows Update. The December 2016 Security Update for Microsoft Windows released on December 13, 2016.

      If 2020 Visual Impression was working fine but now crashes after opening and selecting a room shape and your PC recently installed Windows updates, then this is likely the cause.
