A message to our customers and partners
The current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is a worrying time for us all, both from a personal and business perspective. At 2020 we’re working hard to come up with ways to help your business cope. We don’t have all the answers, but there are some things that might be of assistance as we all continue to navigate these unchartered waters.
Our support agents are now working remotely but have full access to our support and business systems. We aim to maintain the level of service you depend on for your business. While some delays in our response to customer enquiries is inevitable, we hope you can be patient as we adapt to this new, but hopefully temporary way of working. Please continue to contact 2020 as you normally would to reach our service or support agents.
Unfortunately, in-person trainings have had to be cancelled, but our training team has worked quickly to transform our classes into an online format. Limited classes will be announced shortly, with more to come. We are also working on providing customised classes to fit into everyone’s new schedules. Tips of the Day
We will soon be starting some live “tip of the day” presentations on Facebook where one of our experts will be sharing their favorite techniques and productivity tips. These free sessions will be unscripted and informal and are intended to help us connect with you as a part of the 2020 community. You can see the schedule on our Facebook events section.
