You can invite a colleague to create a 2020 Cloud Account that will be associated with your company.
– Log in to your 2020 Cloud Account (My Account)
– Under ‘Manage User’ click on ‘Add users’ and follow the instructions.
2020 automatically sends email invitations to these users. The email includes a link to complete the creation of the account that
will be associated with your company.
Only users that have been assigned a License or Subscription will be able to Sign In to the assigned product. Only 1 user can be assigned per each License or Subscription. You can invite additional users, but they will only have community access rights.
The 2020 Cloud Account is the new identification process for all new 2020 Design v11.6 or later versions protected by a Software Key. If you purchased your first 2020 Design license online or you chose a Software Key, your email address associated with your 2020 Cloud account is the username to Sign In. If you purchased your first 2020 Design license before September 6 2016, you must use the dongle (USB key) to access your software for now. In the coming months, you will have the opportunity to convert to the new 2020 identification process when you upgrade your 2020 Design license to a version greater than 11.6.

When to sign out:
• Sign out when planning to use 2020 Design on another computer. Signing-out “releases” the cloud-based license.
• Once signed out, a user can sign in on another machine.
When not to sign out:
If you plan on using the license on the same machine, There is no need to sign out
If you will be going to an area with no internet connectivity, please do not sign out as you will not be able to sign in
2020 Design will be active 7 consecutive days with no internet connectivity after a success sign in. The 7 day period is rolling once internet connectivity is reestablished.
Access your 2020 Cloud Account to view products purchased online by your company from your 2020 Cloud Account. In the navigation menu on the left, click ‘‘Product Summary’‘. Only ‘Admin’ users of a 2020 Cloud Account can see the full list of licenses and subscriptions owned by your company.
The Subscription Plan is access for 1 year and includes Support & Updates. After 12 months, you will need to renew your Subscription to continue to use your software.
The Perpetual License has no expiration on the version of the software you purchase. A yearly fee is required to continue receiving Support and version Updates.
