Cloud Browser Not Loading

      For the past week or so I keep having a problem with my cloud browser not loading.  It’s just a blank white screen.  The only way to fix it, is if I restart my computer then it works, but it only works for a couple minutes then goes white again.  Does anybody know how to fix this?

      I am also having the same issue! I cannot seem to find any fix for this.

      This could be an issue with the clouds cache. I would suggest to clear the cloud cache using our Clear Cloud Cache application tool which could be downloaded from HERE.

      If clearing the cloud cache does not resolve the issue, please reach out to our support department by calling 1.866.697.2020.

      I have version updated to the latest version of 13 and the cloud browser is empty. No catalogs. But if I click on the little book they all pull up on the list. But you cannot access any of them to put in a drawing.
