Crashing When Using Item List

  Hi everyone!
  
  I’ve started having a ridiculous issue — every time I open the item list (by right clicking on the design), 20/20 freezes and crashes.
  
  Anyone else having this issue? It’s not a vendor catalog issue, because it’s happening on every design I do, regardless of vendor.
  
  I’m waiting for tech support, but I’ve been 5 in the queue for a long, long time — and have a client coming in soon!

  That is usually caused by a Windows component not working properly. Make sure all your Windows updates are complete and if it is still happening please give us another call at 1-866-697-2020 and a tech will be able to look into the issue.
