Design 2020 Maintenance tools keeps crashing

  Hi,
  
  I need help again. Maintenance tools keeps crashing again and again. I needed access to it as the one of our user has her license expired and I need to update it. Every time I launch it it crashes. We tried to repair install it but it is still the same. Tried fresh installation but still the same.

  Every once in a while a machine won’t run the maintenance tools. We have an alternate version here in support that we run on the rare occasion that the default one won’t run. Unfortunately it is too large to email but if you give the techs a call at 1-866-697-2020 they will be happy to copy it over to your computer via team viewer.
