Hello,

 

I am getting the attached download error. Has anyone experienced this? I wonder if I need to download an older version of 2020. Same computer I’ve been using for 2020 (Lenovo Thinkpad) and first time downloading the latest software upgrade. Any advice is appreciated

Sometimes, antivirus software or firewalls can interfere with downloads. Temporarily disabling them (if safe to do so) and then retrying the download might resolve the issue. Hello Neighbor
