Download Error – Latest Update – Advice Appreciated

      Hello,

       

      I am getting the attached download error. Has anyone experienced this? I wonder if I need to download an older version of 2020. Same computer I’ve been using for 2020 (Lenovo Thinkpad) and first time downloading the latest software upgrade. Any advice is appreciated
