Placement Issue with 11.7 – Am I missing something?

  Hi all,
  
  I’ve just gotten a new computer and upgraded from 9 and while I’m not having any trouble figuring out the new features, there seems to be an issue with placing doors, windows, obstacles, and adding walls. Every time I try to do one of those things, I type in the dimensions in Coords, and it changes it to something else. It does it for width and height with obstacles as well. I have never had this issue with any other version. Is there a setting that needs to be changed that I am missing? Any input would be appreciated.

  Hi Courtney,
  That is definitely not normal behavior. The first thing I would try is resetting the program by going to maintenance tools and running the 2020 Design Registry Reset. If that doesn’t fix the issue give the support line a call at 1-866-697-2020 and have a tech take a firsthand look.
