Hello, we recently upgraded to the newest version of 2020 13.6 and one of our designers has been having issues with opening the 3d renderings. He will go to open the rendering and an error message will pop up saying the file is corrupted. He has found that closing the rendering and restarting his computer fixes the issue, but that is very time consuming and annoying. It is happening with multiple files, not just one design. Any thoughts?
