suspended light chain problems

      Hi, I have version 11, when I’m in ROOM_FUR, and chose SUS.1.CHAR, if I change the up /down, I loose the chain, any reason why and can I fix it?

      Hi Marc,

      Try as I may I can’t reproduce the issue.  I took the SUSP.1.CHA from Room_Fur and 2 others and messed with them and the only thing I noted was that sometimes after making the change to the up/down I would have to hit F5 to refresh the elevation view.

      I just found it, went in attribute, and saw that the ceiling was set for 96” and in my drawing I’m at 165”, and because of the height I choose for the lamp was 96” I could not see the chain, as soon I change the setup up height, everything was fine, but thanks for the help
